A True Surprise
I was lucky enough to be in attendance at Andrea & Stefan's wedding, so I was over the moon when they selected me to be the Portland maternity photographer to take their fall maternity photos at Rood Bridge Park.
When Andrea told me they were waiting to find out the sex of their first child, I was so excited for them. I knew they had a true surprise ahead of them. After my dear friend, Riann, had her first baby I knew that keeping the gender a secret would be the way I'd want to go if I ever have children. I remember asking Riann why she decided to wait until birth to find out the sex of her baby, she said to me "...because there are few true surprises in life" and that has always stuck with me. We did some chatting ahead of the maternity photography session and I knew Andrea & Stefan would love a location highlighting Oregon's beautiful fall. Having been to Rood Bridge Park before I knew how beautiful it was and in the fall it truly shines! The views and backdrops here as all the leaves turn are magical. We a location selected, clothing and props planned, the three, well three and a half, of us headed to Rood Bridge Park. I was so excited to capture this special time in their lives among the beautiful fall colors.
When Andrea showed up with this amazing teal dress she bought from Etsy I was elated! Andrea always takes time to think about what she will wear and how it blends with the environment, and I love that she is not afraid of color! In the final product the way this teal pops out against the warm tones of this fall day are just perfect.
Ultrasound photos are always a great item to bring along to your maternity photography session. There are so many cute ways to incorporate them, putting them with your wedding rings, baby shoes, and lots more.

I am always blown away by peoples kindness in their reviews. Not only am I thankful they take the time out of their day to post them, but also that they see in their photos what I do. Not just a snap shot in time, but part of a legacy. Part of preserving the beginnings of a new family, for the generation that is being created and for the ones those generations will create.

Vừa mở trang chủ lên là thấy tông màu trung tính nhìn khá dễ chịu, kiểu ngồi lướt một lúc vẫn ổn mắt chứ không bị chói. Mình hay ngại mấy web nhồi chữ, mà ở đây họ chia danh mục khá gọn, nhìn phát biết chỗ nào là chỗ nào nên bấm qua lại cũng nhanh. Vừa mở lên là thấy giao diện kiểu đồng bộ thật, bấm qua lại không bị lệch nhịp hay phải đoán xem nút nằm đâu 91 CLUB Nội dung cũng chia thành từng khối rõ ràng nên lướt nhanh vẫn nắm được ý chính, không bị ngợp chữ. Mình thích cái cách họ viết kiểu “ăn khớp” ngay từ đầu, đọc vài dòng là hiểu họ muốn hướng tới trải nghiệm liền mạch chứ không màu mè. Kéo xuống thấy các tiêu đề và box tách bạch, nhìn phát là biết phần nào là nội dung chính, phần nào chỉ là thông tin kèm theo.

Lúc vào mình không để ý nội dung nhiều, chủ yếu nhìn cách họ bố trí trang, và thấy chia khu vực theo từng mảng khá thẳng thớm nên liếc cái là biết phần nào nằm ở đâu, không phải kéo qua kéo lại để đoán. Menu đặt ngay chỗ dễ thấy, bấm chuyển giữa các mục phản hồi nhanh, với mấy khối thông tin dạng bảng nhìn gọn mắt, cột với số liệu canh đều nên đọc một lèo không bị mỏi, kiểu nhìn vào là nắm được chứ không lộn xộn. Nói chung dùng vài phút thì quen tay, không cần suy nghĩ gì…
hitclub tối qua lúc ngồi chờ bạn ngoài quán cà phê, mình lôi điện thoại ra bấm thử cho đỡ buồn tay, kiểu chỉ muốn xem trang này nhìn ra sao chứ không định đọc kỹ gì, ai dè lướt một vòng lại thấy khá dễ chịu vì mọi thứ bày ra theo kiểu “đập vào mắt” là hiểu luôn, mấy khối thông tin tách rõ ràng nên mình kéo xuống không bị mất phương hướng như vài trang khác hay nhét chữ liền một mạch. Menu để ngay chỗ dễ nhìn. Chuyển qua lại giữa các mục cũng mượt. Mình đặc biệt thích cách họ trình bày dạng khối với danh sách ngắn, nhìn cái là nắm ý nhanh.…
