I am so pleased to announce that I have been selected as a 2021 winner of The Knot Best of Weddings this award represents the highest- and most-rated wedding professionals as reviewed by real couples, their families and wedding guests.
Despite COVID-19 interrupting many 2020 weddings and social events, wedding professionals around the nation continued to support to-be-weds throughout their wedding planning journeys. From adjusting future schedules to make way for postponed weddings, to helping couples host socially distanced weddings following state and local guidelines and restrictions. Wedding pros—and the industry as a whole—rallied together in 2020, ultimately helping couples continue to celebrate life and love. The Knot 2021 Best of Weddings recognition honors the vendors who went above and beyond to help couples navigate the global pandemic.
In 2021, only five percent of hundreds of thousands of local wedding professionals listed on The Knot received this distinguished award. In its fifteenth annual year, The Knot continues its long-standing tradition of supporting local wedding vendors with The Knot Best of Weddings 2021, an annual by-couples, for-couples guide to the top wedding professionals across the country. This comes as the industry waits to prepare for an increase in upcoming celebrations due to postponed events throughout 2020 and the continued pandemic.
To determine the winners, The Knot analyzed its millions of user reviews across various vendor categories—including venues, musicians, florists, photographers, caterers and more—to find the highest rated vendors of the year. These winners represent the best of the best wedding professionals that engaged couples should consider booking for their own unique weddings.
This is my first year being awarded The Knot Best of Weddings for wedding photography. It takes time to sit and write reviews but it means so much to me that so many of my married and soon to be married couples have taken the time. I am so lucky to work with so many amazing people.

I found Cambrae at The Portland Bridal show, and my (now) husband and I are so glad I did. With everything that 2020 has put us through and all the changes we had to make to still be able to have our wedding this year, we have been able to rely on Cambrae through it all. She was clear and precise with all the planning parts, while also being very fun to work with. She helped us consider all the different aspects we should consider for our wedding day and to plan out the different photos we wanted to make sure to get. On the day of our wedding she came up with so many great poses and shots, while happily embracing our personal requests, and capturing so many amazing candid moments. She is phenomenal! Not only do we LOVE our wedding photos, but she made the entire process so wonderful! She honestly made taking pictures so fun. We booked Cambrae for our 2020 wedding reception (which is now postponed) and she was amazingly kind and made it easy to reschedule with for our new 2021 date. She is very easy to work with, and considering I have a large Hispanic family she made pictures that much easier on our wedding day. She arrived early to captured photos of the venue we were surprised to see and of the car being secretly decorated.
